I had the honor of meeting one of the gentleman who works in the Wanchai Ferry Division at General Mills when I attended the Table Talk Event! Not only was he very kind, but he was very interested in our input on the Wanchai Ferry Meals! I thought the meals were great. They are perfect to make for a night at home. Each Wanchai Ferry meal feeds two people, to feed a larger family you will need two of the meals. This is an issue that the gentleman said that they are working on..possibly larger proportions in each bag. I actually made one of the meals for my kids and I when my husband had a late meeting at work. Since my kids are little and don’t eat big proportions, one meal was enough to feed the three of us. The Wanchai Ferry meals are very easy to cook. Each bag will have different packets in it: rice, veggies, chicken, sauce, etc. You simply cook your chicken first, then add in your other ingredients as instructed. It only takes 14 minutes to make and there is no MSG!!!

Wanchai Ferry meals come in five different flavors: Orange Chicken, Shrimp Lo Mein, Spicy Garlic Chicken, Sweet & Sour Chicken and Sweet & Spicy Shrimp. The Orange Chicken was my favorite!
