The Bag of Gold will consist of four (4) packages of fruit snacks including: Strawberry, Pineapple, Peach and Apple Cinnamon Flavors. These are all Free Dried Fruit Snacks. Freeze Drying exposes fruit to super cold air that zaps all the moisture out but it leaves in all of the vitamins and minerals! One package of the Freeze Dried Fruit Snacks equals to 1 1/2-2 servings of fresh fruit.
I found that these snacks were very convenient. They are great for traveling and being on the go! I bet they’d also make a good snack to hide in your desk at work! =D I liked the Strawberry and the Apple Cinnamon the best. My children loved them all of course, and my hubby’s favorite was the Pineapple. One thing I did not know is that the longer freeze dried products are exposed to humidity the quicker they become less crisp! Because of this, they are made in single servings bags that are not resealable. I can see my self buying these in the future. =) There was no mess and no stickiness, which I loved. Plus, they were very tasty and my favorite part of all…convenient and healthy!
