What is a Tamagotchi Music Star you might ask…..well, it’s a really hip toy that will transform your child (or you =D )into a pop star! It is the first hand-held vitrual pet toy that allows children to produce their own music, form a band and perform live concerts all while competeing to become the next Universal Music Star.

Your Tamagotchi character starts off in preschool, learns basic instruments, gets introduced to Music School and eventually becomes an adult and retires. Your child must learn to virtually take care for his/her character by simple tasks such as feeding it, making sure it is happy, etc. If your star isn’t taken care of properly, it might take a hike…which forces you to start over from the beginning. While growing up, your star must practice to improve its skills, go to rehearsals, auditions and even performances. There are several activities available to play to help you advance.

Sound Cool Yet?? You can also go online to the interactive Music City of TamaTown where there are tons of activities. Your kids can design their own “virtual” room, shop for different instruments, buy some cool new clothes for those big auditions, and even create, produce and upload their own music tunes. Recommended age is 8 yrs or older, of course…a 27 year old can have fun with it too! =D
