Terri- Don’t give up! This is my third House Party in about 2 years. I think the key is this…when you get to the box that asks what you are going to do to make your party special..really elaborate there on what you would do: party themes, who you will invite, etc. I don’t by any means think they are targeting bloggers, just moms, etc. I have so many readers that get selected to host these parties! =) Try not to get discouraged and fill the applications out as they pop up, try to give as many details as possible in your application. =) Good Luck! |

I guess I have been lucky, I have been chosen for 3 parties so far and I just signed up in November. Although I have applied for more parties than I have been chosen for. Don’t get discouraged, keep applying! |

I love House Party, It took me a long time to get excepted for a party but now I have had 3 in about 6 months. I was just excepted for the pull ups party, so excited about this my little one is ready to start training |

well when I get to the house party site, the bare mineral party does not show up, whats with that? |

i signed up over 6 months ago and have applied to more house parties than i can remember, and never chosen to host. i did FINALLY get chosen to host one!! |

Don’t give up. I’ve been a part of House Party for almost 3 years now and hosted 12 parties. Keep trying! |

Am I the only one that has given up on hosting House Parties? I feel so frustrated when I enter party after party and never get picked. I was selected last year to do 2 of them and since then, nothing. I feel like I fit what they’re looking for to a tee – a blogger, a mom, involved in social networking, an entertainer/foodie, etc. I just cannot figure it out, and I am so tired of working to fill out the applications and then getting rejected.
Sorry – needed to vent. haha.
