WOW WOW WOW! This is really cool! As you might have heard that in 2009 Disney offered free tickets to Disneyland and/or Disney World on your birthday (ends 12/21/09). They are really stepping it up for 2010! Starting January 1, 2010, Disney is offering you a FREE ticket in exchange for one day of Community Service! This promotion, “Give a Day, Get a Disney Day” is a great way to get more people involved in the community AND you’ll be rewarded with a free ticket to Disneyland or Disney World! Many of the community service projects you can participate in are family events..this means tickets for your family! Read below an excerpt from the announcement they made:

Starting Jan. 1, 2010, guests can go to www.DisneyParks.com for the United States and Puerto Rico or www.DisneyParks.ca for Canada to search for volunteer opportunities available in those areas through HandsOn Network and sign up for a day of volunteer service. Many of the opportunities will be for projects that entire families can participate in together.

There are alot of details involved , for instance your child/children must be 6 years of age or older to participate….and you can read the details here.
