lowes2

I have gotten ALOT of comments and questions regarding the $50 in Lowe’s Cards. This is what you call an Online Offer. It is for a $50 Lowes Gift Card in exchange for doing a trial with Complete Home for $1, Click here to sign up for this same offer. The trial is for one month, so make sure you cancel if you don’t want to be charged the next month. One you sign up you will immediately receive a welcome email, a member email, and a few days later you will receive an email with a link to redeem your gift card…do not use their link in the redemption email: Use the following link when it is time to redeem your card (AFTER you receive your redemption email NOT your welcome email). http://www.ecustservice.com/premiums/completehome/50lwe/ The offer is currently a $20 towards a Utility Bill, MY link will get you the $50 Lowe’s Gift Card. FYI- I canceled my trial after I filled out the redemption form. You have one month to cancel which leaves you plenty of time. You can do this offer once every 6 months!!! I suggest using a Pre-Paid Debit card, this is how I did it. This offer does work, I have had countless readers get their Lowe’s cards. It could take around 2 weeks for your Lowe’s cards to come. This time around I got mine within a week. It will take approximately 2-3 days from the time you sign up to get all the emails I mentioned above.

I will be here to answer any questions you might have. Please comment or send me an email. However, if you follow exact instructions on this post you will be fine.

This is a great deal and once you do an online offer like this you will be hooked! See here a few months ago where I got $70 in Gift Cards and it costs me $2! This process only took about 2 weeks at the most!

I just signed up for this offer and I haven’t had any problems — so far. This is my first time doing a trial offer like this so I hope it works out okay! :)

2 Michelle September 11, 2009 at 11:09 am

Well what the heck, Wisconsin isnt listed in the state list!

3 Joann September 12, 2009 at 8:54 pm

Yes, this still works! I just got my cards today (9/12/09), had signed up on 8/28. SO excited these work. It was my first time trying a deal like this. Bring on more free gift cards!!! :o )

4 Joann September 12, 2009 at 8:55 pm

Jeanette, I had to sign up twice. For some reason the first one didn’t go through. Don’t know if it was a credit card problem or what. But I emailed them and told them I hadn’t received any notfiications and they said they didn’t have a record of my membership. I tried the second time and it worked perfect!

I just got mine on Friday. I signed up on 9/1/09 and got my $50 gift cards for Lowes on 9/11/09. I called to cancel today and they tried to get me to stay but I was firm and insisted they cancel. Yeah for me!!! Thank you for your post.

6 junesummer September 14, 2009 at 3:14 pm

I just tryed this lsdt week and I received a welcome email Friday and today I received an e-mail explaining my membership rights. Is this the redemption e-mail that you referred to? If so can I cancel immediately or do I need to wait a few more days? This is exciting and a little scary all at the same time. I just found your site last week and I jumped in immediately, so forgive me for all the questons.

7 brandie September 14, 2009 at 3:20 pm

You are supposed to receive another email after the one with your “member info”. If you don’t get that in the next few days, go ahead click the link i provided and fill it out. =) You can only do this if you already have your membership number. =) The cards are coming really fast lately for people, about 10-11 days from the day they did their offers. You will have plenty of time to cancel. =) Hope that helps!

8 Roxana September 17, 2009 at 7:25 pm

Thank YOU! I only signed up about a week ago and I used your link for the Lowes’ cards. I got them in the mail today!!!

9 nicole September 20, 2009 at 2:39 am

hi,I am trying to sign up and it keeps saying credit card failed!! Any ideas???

10 Bethany September 23, 2009 at 10:49 pm

I received my gift cards in the mail today – thank you SO much! This is awesome!

11 erika g September 26, 2009 at 8:15 am

hi i did the lowes offer and filled the form out is there any way to make sure it worked? or do i have to wait to see if my cards came in?

12 LisaB September 30, 2009 at 8:00 pm

I signed up on 9/11, got my emails on 9/14 & 9/15 but couldnt get the link to work. Found out I had some spyware on my computer that was keeping it from going through. I got it cleaned up and now today it went through.

Do you have to wait to get the cards before canceling? I hope I get the cards in time to cancel before 10/10/09. Cuttin it close.

13 nicole October 3, 2009 at 2:52 am

Just wanted to say thanks so much for posting about both trial deals I ordered them on Sept 20 and received both today oct 2. So, I got $50.00 in lowes cards and $50.00 in Exxon gas cards all for $2.00. Love it. also I received my $10.00 shell gas card for doing to motor oil matters quiz. Loving all these free gift cards.

14 LsaB October 5, 2009 at 9:02 am

Thank you so much Brandie! I requested the Lowes gift cards on 9-30-09 and they were sitting in my mailbox the VERY NEXT DAY!

I called and canceled the membership today with no hassle what so ever.

15 Susie October 6, 2009 at 11:41 pm

Hi! I’m a buddy of LisaB and new to your awesome blog. I’ve bookmarked it. But does this offer still work? I’m wondering if the deadline is still 10/10? And the number of emails is a tad confusing. You see, I only got a few hours sleep last night, and before that I was up for 42 hours straight. Yeah, really silly.
But now if I try this offer, and I forget to cancel the trail membership OR cancel too soon, I’ll be bummed.

A couple years ago, I did a trial offer on something, and immediately canceled. The trial membership charge STILL showed up on my credit card statement the next month! I had to track down the guy who offered the e-book. It was just a teenager working out of his bedroom in some two-buck little town near Salt Lake City! (I once lived there). He was livid, and quite upset that I filled out a consumer dispute form. He was adamant that I had never canceled and should be charged. No matter what he said, I told the truth: I had canceled during the trial period and I would NOT pay the monthly charge of $52.xx. He finally said OK. But it didn’t really matter, as my cc company said this is quite common and I’ve been with them forever. That was the first time I had to fill out a dispute form, but it worked.

Anyway, that’s why I’m apprehensive ‘cuz this f-r-e-e Lowe’s card sounds too good to be true. What happens if I miss the numerous emails? Mahalo nui loa for all your help ~ Jeez, *Chuckle* I really NEED some sleep…

16 brandie October 7, 2009 at 5:06 am

You’ll do the offer, receive 3-4 emails…these come within a matter of a few days. When you get the “redemption” email..use the link that I provided. After that you just wait a few days for your cards. You can cancel once you get your redemption email. I had a reader last week get her cards in the mail the very next day. Use a pre-pad Visa card so you arent stressing. I always recommend that. It’s not as hard as you are making it out to be….remember to breathe…LOL. =)

17 dancinmama October 12, 2009 at 3:26 pm

I signed up just today. The on-line sign up didn’t work, so the tech dept took my info over the phone and gave me my membership number immediately. Since that’s what I needed to get the Lowe’s gift cards, I immediately signed up for them – I’m not waiting for the redemption email and just hoping it will work. If not, I’ll still be eligible for $20 off my utility bill, but I’d prefer the Lowe’s gift cards cuz I need specialty light bulbs in my home.

18 jane October 26, 2009 at 11:09 am

Just wanted to say THANX for the great info!! You’re super cool!!

19 Nick October 26, 2009 at 3:55 pm

Thanks so much Brandie! I’m going to try this. I’m your new biggest fan ;)

20 Mandy October 26, 2009 at 8:45 pm

Bought a $20 Visa gift card from Walgreens to do these offers, it says that my credit card is not authorized. I noticed on one of the offers it charges $39 for 3 months, so should I buy a $100 gift card? Anyone have any suggestions, or did anyone use their real card, how did the charges work out, any problems???

21 brandie October 26, 2009 at 8:51 pm

Mandy, I have had several readers use their personal cards. I have not heard of any complaints regarding the lowe’s cards. No excess charges, etc. it is strange that it isn’t letting your card go thru. I guess you could always save it for other hot online deals or as a xmas present for someone.
If you are comfortable with using your personal card you should give the Lowe’s Cards a try. =)

22 Rhonda October 26, 2009 at 11:53 pm

Just thought I’d suggest a one time use card (ex: Paypal Secure Card) if you don’t have a prepaid debit card. I think I’m going to take the plunge on this one & go for it! Thanks for sharing!

23 Sherry October 27, 2009 at 4:30 pm

Hi I was wondering where do you get a pre-paid debit card?

24 Susie October 27, 2009 at 7:33 pm

Hey Brandie, It’s me again. Well, I’m ready to do this ‘cuz a few of my friends have and there was no concerns. But when I hit the link you provide, the only offer I see is for UP to $20 for utilites. Since you really don’t know what that means, $1 or $20, I’d much more like to cash in (literally) with the Lowe’s card. I may be buying a home soon, so this definitely will be cool.

Where is the link on Complete Home for the $50 Lowes’ card? I know I’m late getting to this offer, buy even a couple friends did it only a few minutes ago and they specifically said: $50 Lowes’ card.

Any comments you could provide (like step-to-step) would be so appreciated. Is this Lowe’s deal over already or not?

25 brandie October 27, 2009 at 7:38 pm

Susie…if you will read the post all the way through you will see where I explained about the $20 Utility Bill….Here are Step By Step Instructions:

Step 1: Sign up
Step 2: Receive Confirmation/Welcome Email, Member Email, Redemption Email
Step 3: After receiving the redemption email use the link I specifically point out to you in the post, fill it out
Step 4: Cancel your Membership, Wait for your cards.

Hope that helps. =)

26 Susie October 27, 2009 at 7:45 pm

Oh, thanks for the quick reply, Brandie. I’ll read it again. It looked like it was just for the $20 utility bill, when I clicked on the link. Now, I realize my mistake.

*Chuckle* I do apologize as I must sound like I’m one taco short of a combination plate, but I got less than 3 hours sleep last night, and I’ve been sick for a month. Seriously, 30 days today. No fun! So much for getting on a plane and searching for my last house! I heard about recirculated “bad” air, and I’m proof that its’ true.

It sounds too good to be true, but I’m buddies with lbmoore, and dancinmama, and they already got their cards! FWIW, I”m sure they’ll vouch that I’m certifiably sane most of the time. If anything, you’ve gained one more fan of your website, so it’s all good! Mahalo nui loa for letting us all know about this awesome deal! Your generosity of spirit is very much appreciated.

27 brandie October 27, 2009 at 7:51 pm

LOL Susie! It’s no problem! Sorry to hear you’ve been sick. =( Hope you start feeling better. Don’t hesitate to ask if you have any more questions. I tried to make the instructions as simple as possible but I know it can get confusing, LOL. =D
Have a good night!

28 Susie October 27, 2009 at 8:18 pm

OK, a couple more questions Brandie (since you’re so nice!). I’m signing up right now. Did you give all your REAL personal info on the form? If I put my real phone # there, will I get on telemarketers’ lists or third-party affiliates? I’m on the Do-Not-Call List but survey companies call anyway and say they’re not selling anything. I just don’t want phone calls from strangers like that at dinnertime! And what’s up with my mother’s maiden name? That seems a bit much. Am I the only one who thinks their questions are silly for verification?

And just ‘cuz I’m curious, do they track the home address? Have others signed up with two credit cards? I’m wondering ‘cuz my son may want to sign up but his home address is the same as mine. I certainly don’t want to be disqualified for a mistake I didn’t even know I made!

Believe me, if this works, I’ll be feeling 100% better! *Sigh* It’s been a very long month…

I patiently wait for your reply as *Giggle* you have been extraordinarily patient with me. Mahalo nui loa (thank you very much) in advance!

29 Susie October 27, 2009 at 8:27 pm

*Chuckle* Brandie, can I put my favorite: “Whydoyouask” as my mom’s maiden name? The reason why I ask is that it’s great to track. I once did that with a pesky real estate agent. Later, I got all sorts of phishing emails re: Facebook friends and I’m not even on Facebook! Go figure!

30 Susie October 27, 2009 at 8:52 pm

You’re the best, Brandie! My son may be sad he can’t sign up as we have the same address, but I’m going to call my daughter. She’s up at college, and I’m sure she has at least $1 in her checking account balance. The problem with telling her is she HAS to remember to cancel. At least she’s through with mid-terms!
And btw, as of midnight tonight PDT, you are the recipient of my much-coveted “Hero of the Day Award”. I only give one a day. Since I already gave it to another kind lady today, you’re the recipient for tomorrow–hence the midnight time.

And yes, Brandie, you’re in the running in 10-14 days–when I actually receive my $50 Lowe’s card to get it again. Wow! A double recipient! If only everyone were as kind as you, the world would be a much nicer place!

It’s been fun chatting with you, Brandie. I’m now addicted to your blog and can’t wait to tell you when the card arrives. Mahalo again. Good night!

31 Susie November 3, 2009 at 9:20 am

Brandie ~ Nothing has shown up in my inbox. Really, there’s crickets chirping re: this Lowes gift card deal.

I’ve patiently waited. Really! I’ve checked each and every email–even in my junk box. Now what do I do? I’m really into this offer as I’m buying a home sooner than later. Check back at my earlier comments. I think I signed up last Thursday night. Um, it’s now Tuesday morning. I should have received some welcome email at least, right?

But I don’t want to reapply as they’ll consider that a duplicate and delete me from consideration…

The only good news around here is that I’m finally getting better. Today means 5 weeks of being sick-o! Bronchitis isn’t any fun, but I’ll be jumping up and down if I finally can grab a $50 Lowes gc! Mahalo nui loa for any help you can provide. (If I can get a card, I have many friends who would jump all over this offer).

32 brandie November 3, 2009 at 9:28 am

Susie I would call them and tell them that you never got your email. Ask them to check and confirm if you registered or not. It might not have gone thru.

33 Susie November 3, 2009 at 2:51 pm

Brandie ~ I don’t know how to check back at my previous comments to see if I contacted CH on Thursday or Friday night. Remember, I’ve been sick and am–sadly– still sleep-deprived.

Anyway, I just talked to a supervisor there. Nicest guy! The first rep was nice too, but said: You will receive your notification in 24-72 business DAYS! Whaaat? I said. We had a good laugh about that and she quickly said: hours. She contacted a supervisor, and she left the conversation. The guy listened to my story. At one point I was a tad concerned when he asked, How did you hear about us?

*Chuckle* I really didn’t think I should direct him to your site!
So I honestly said I was looking to buy a home (true) and somehow found the site–Complete Home–which was true because I go back and forth between grocery and real estate hounding. I guess I do wear 2-3 hats as Bank of Mom!

So he thinks I should wait ’till Thursday at around noon, for the welcome email to arrive. He said my request probably wasn’t processed ’till Monday morning, and to give it until Thursday for the buffer. Nothing’s coming up in his system yet.

If I don’t receive an email then, he said to either resubmit online or all their 1-800#. So that’s the situation. I’m only typing all this to let others know of my experience. For me, it was a good lesson in good ol’ patience.

ETA: I have a tiny deal you may want to put on on your site. I just came across it this morning and it involves CVS drug stores. Let me know if you’re interested in any further info. You can email me if you want more info about that.

I’m sure not looking to take over your “job”. Brandy, you’re already my new “Hero of the Day”. I love that I found your site. Mahalo for all your help! You’re a real (organic) peach! :)

34 brandie November 3, 2009 at 3:15 pm

Susie- Thanks for the update…You are such a doll! LOL. :D

Yes absolutely email me when you come across anything that I have not posted. I will gladly post with thanks if it will benefit my readers. =)

35 Aimee November 11, 2009 at 9:25 am

Thanks so much!!! I got my cards in the mail yesterday. It took about 3 weeks from start to finish!!! Thanks

36 Susie November 11, 2009 at 9:51 am

*Jumping Up and Down* Brandie, my Free Sample Guru! I received email #2! I’m making progress, eh? It has my membership # for the Lowes gift card (if I use your link, right?) And… late last night I got email #3! Haven’t looked at the message yet.

So I’m all set. So I just come back here and hit YOUR link at the top of your post, to get the gc, right? It’s easiest to just use that link and then call the 1-800# to cancel. They just ask for the membership # in email #2, right? Can I call and cancel right after hitting your link for the card? Has anything changed from your original post? The reason I ask is that I’m the one who never got any emails the first time I tried this. So it’s been at least 10 days or maybe even two weeks (Perseverance rocks!)

And you knew about those toy coupons in the Toys R Us Sunday newspaper, right? I had an extra one in the trunk of my car from the Sunday newspaper. Right at that second, I saw a very young family with two little girls (age 2 and 4?). I walked up to the young mom and said, “Do you shop at Target ?” “Well, yes I do!”, she said. Would you like some “woofies” for toys for your kids (aka that’s my nickname for coupons and I actually said, “coupons”). “Yes!”, she said excitedly. I handed the coupon booklet to her, and she was so appreciative.

Made my day, it did. A friend and I may go to Target in the next couple days. I’m going to check out if I can find a couple toy deals and then donate them to my daughter’s old middle school. (My daughter turns 20 soon!) Her favorite teacher is now the principal, and I know she knows the poorest kids who may not have much of a Christmas. This will be sooo much fun to do–and very much needed as I live in a very rich county where the
very rich (Think Oprah Land where she has her summer home) and the very poor live (veggie pickers in the fields).

Just wanted to give you a progress report and add about the Target toy coupons. Hope you see this message from a grateful “Susie”! If this post is too long, edit away, Free Sample Lady! I’m so excited as I’m buying a home soon. Mahalo again!

37 brandie November 11, 2009 at 9:53 am

Oh Susie, that’s fantastic!!! I am so happy for you! YES…you can use my link now and enter your member number and info and submit. Then it’s just a waiting game for your cards. YES, the easiest way to cancel (which you can do after you use my link and fill out the form) is to call them.

Very sweet of you and the Toys R Us coupons. I love to help other people, it just makes my day and does my heart good to hear that you do the same!!!!

38 HB November 11, 2009 at 1:37 pm

Thank you sooo much what a great deal!! I got my emails no problem then i got my 5 $10 cards no problem and just called to cancel with no problem as well. They will make a nice Christmas gift! thanks again

39 Susie November 11, 2009 at 8:39 pm

Oh, Brandie, you are a gem! But I did notice a small mis-take! At first, I thought you made the mistake, but oh no! It was me! (Embarrassed emoticon arrives in the nick of time.)

In my message #111, I first mention Toys R Us coupons, but then at the end, I say Target. You mention Toys $ Us in Message #112 after reading my message with the mistake.

The booklet from last Sunday’s (LA Times) was from Target! NOT Toys R Us. I pulled out the catalog and it clearly has Target’s bullseye
trade mark with their “Expect More, Pay Less”, right underneath. On the front it also says: “the big holiday toy sale coupon savings packed inside! sale ends November 25″. It’s in red letters and encompasses three (3) lines at the bottom of the cover. It has a little girl in pink jammies playing with Legos and (looks like) a Barbie (I’ve never been into her!)at the same time. Her older brother is in the background with his hands on his
head in disgust! It’s quite funny really!

The Target Coupon Book inside includes 24 different coupons for a variety of toys and games. And the coupon values look like there from $3-$25 off, but also there looks like there is one for 20% off (a scooter or Pocket Rocket).

I have no idea is these are high-value coupons, but any parent should at least check it out! Thankfully for me, our kids are all grown up!

Mahalo for letting me interrupt your blog, Brandie. I just thought there might be a lot of your readers who would be interested in Target coupons! I apologize for goofing up in my
previous message. But I encourage everyone to know your prices. Just because there’s a sale with coupons doesn’t mean they’re not phantom sale items and the prices may decline closer to mid-December.

In my defense, I haven’t been sleeping much. However, there’s light beginning to appear in my life. The other night, I went to bed at 7:20 PM and slept nearly eight (8) hours! I got up at 3:05 AM only to discover that Complete Home 2nd email in my inbox!

Brandie, classic case of early bird catches the worm, eh?

40 Tami R. November 11, 2009 at 11:40 pm

So I was skeptical (spelling?) about this offer, but I went ahead and did it anyway. SOOOOO glad I did. I received the 5 $10 gift cards today. I signed my husband up as well and had the cards sent to his parents house and those came this week as well. Thank you so much for this offer! I DEFINITELY will be doing this again in the future! Thanks again!

41 anitha November 13, 2009 at 7:28 am

hurray…………..:-) I got 50$ gift cards yesterday… tnq Brandie…..

42 Susie November 13, 2009 at 9:03 pm

911 to Brandie! Calling Brandie! I have my membership # and I hit your link and it’s not working. Puh-leeze tell me my perseverance over the last couple weeks is NOT for nothing. Yes, I guess I could get the $20 off my utility bill, but what I REALLY want and REALLY need is the Lowes gift cards. You see, I am going to buy a house!
Please help! Please EMAIL ME at my email address listed. I’m sure I’m doing something wrong here. (That’s not a good affirmation, but your above link is blue, but it doesn’t click. Does that make sense? I know I’m not the smartest on the ‘puter but I know I’m not *Chuckle* one taco short of a combination plate either!

Puh-leeze tell me everything will be OK and I’m not too late to par-tay Lowes style. I really want those gift cards! I will WOOF! at my mailbox if they really do arrive. (I’m a grocery hound mama always sniffin’ for the next deal, doncha know!)

I can’t call to cancel until I give my membership # and I’m getting nervous as the days fly by…

43 Crystal Z. November 19, 2009 at 11:48 pm

Susie,
Just copy and paste the blue writing into your browser! Looks like it is still going to be A-ok. :)

44 Maria January 27, 2010 at 12:42 pm

Hi

I stumbled on this today, And here were are in January 2010- I clicked on the link and it brought me to the place you said and yes,, the offer for a 20 dollar light bill thing,,, Is it still working your way?> for the 50 dollar card?

thanks so much

45 brandie January 27, 2010 at 3:03 pm

Hi Maria-

I did it last in November I believe and it was still working. It should still work. Worst case is that you get $20 off your light bill. =)

46 maria February 5, 2010 at 2:14 am

Okay, It worked so far,,, I got the email, with the #- I went to your link, and put it in, it said Thank you and to wait for my giftcards! Im so excited!

47 Laura February 20, 2010 at 9:29 am

I don’t think this link works for it anymore, I tried it and submitted the form. Few days later I got an email saying “Here’s how to get the item you requested” and gave me the $20 off utility. There is another complete home offer for $20 in Lowes for signing up, but I don’t know the link to the actual form for it.

48 brandie February 22, 2010 at 9:43 pm

Please refer back to the post. In my post I provide you with the link for the $50 in Gift Cards.

thanks.

49 maria February 23, 2010 at 12:56 am

My lowes cards came 14 days after i sent for them! Niiiice! Thanks so much Brandie! SO glad this still works
